Yalla, Let's Eat Roz Mo3mar (Baked Rice)

In honor of Ramadan I wanted to share with you something special my family loves to eat. Roz Mo3mar is a traditional Egyptian dish that is usually served as a side to baked vegetable dishes served with either chicken or rice. This dish pairs well with a casserole with a red base like bamya (okra) or batatis fill forn (potatoes in red sauce). My family loves eating it and its a great side dish to take to any party. My favorite part is that its so easy!! You don't need much to make this party starter in your kitchen today.
